The rooms are sorted in the next way: • Ground floor- 28 garden suites (36m2 to 76m2) • 1st, 2nd & 3th floor- 96 standard rooms (36m2 to 71m2) • 4th floor & mezzanine- 30 PH suites (45m2 to 70m2 and 30m2 rooftop terrace) and a large grand suite (85 m2, 20m2 balcony and 55m2 rooftop terrace) The lobby, offices, swimming pool and common areas already exist but need remodeling.
